Qualifications

• Proven success generating new accounts using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and CRM.
• Strong business acumen—understands production workflows and workforce demand.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in outside sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development: 70% in-field prospecting, 30% account management.
• Engage manufacturing clients via calls, site visits, social outreach, and email.
• Leverage LinkedIn and SSI to build a pipeline of plant managers, production leaders, and HR partners.
• Use labor market intel to identify pain points like turnover, skills gaps, and productivity challenges.
• Provide consultative account management focused on safety, workforce optimization, and performance.
• Win net new logos and grow the manufacturing-focused territory.
