Job summary

BAC is seeking a Business Development Manager – Manufacturing to accelerate profitable growth by developing new customers and applications across targeted manufacturing segments in the southeastern United States.

You will work with regional sales, engineering, and marketing to translate customer needs into tailored cooling solutions, manage a qualified project pipeline, and influence early design decisions. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in business development or technical sales in industrial equipment or manufacturing markets.
• Strong understanding of industrial cooling and heat‑rejection systems.
• Ability to interpret customer processes and translate technical requirements into commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and opportunities across assigned manufacturing markets and priority segments.
• Develop value propositions, account strategies, and bid proposals; support negotiations.
• Build relationships with owners, engineering teams, plant leadership, and influencers; pursue opportunities with BAC's network.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations demonstrating BAC's capabilities.
