Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager to support manufacturers’ reps, BAC sales teams, and owner/engineer accounts.

You will identify leads, develop solutions, secure orders, and coordinate projects to ensure client satisfaction, while building a comprehensive growth plan across priority segments and channels. The role requires regular travel, preparation of technical/commercial presentations, and ongoing management of key opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 2-4 years in heat transfer or industrial process design.
• 3-5 years in technical equipment application and marketing.
• 4-6 years in technical/industrial sales.
• Experience applying process equipment to industrial processing and power markets.
• Ability to lead self and others to meet sales objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed fiscal year sales and margin goals.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to create new business with buyers and influencers.
• Lead business development activities with owners and consulting engineers.
• Provide technical, strategic and commercial support to BAC reps and select accounts.
• Develop and deliver training materials for sales personnel and clients.
• Travel to customer sites and offices to support sales teams.
