You will identify leading opportunities, develop technical and commercial solutions, and coordinate projects to ensure client satisfaction and profitable growth. This role requires regular travel to customer meetings and sites, delivering technical presentations, building proposals, and working with internal engineering and marketing teams to

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• 2–4 years in heat transfer or industrial process design.
• 3–5 years in technical equipment application and marketing.
• 4–6 years in technical/industrial sales.
• Ability to lead self and others to meet sales objectives.
• Experience presenting technical education to engineering audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual sales and margin goals.
• Develop strategic plans to create new business with buyers and influencers.
• Lead business development with owner and consulting engineer clients.
• Support reps with technical, strategic, and commercial guidance.
• Coordinate training materials for sales personnel and clients.
• Travel to customer sites and present technical sales proposals.
