Kocer Consulting and Engineering is seeking a Project Manager with a background in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering to tackle complex manufacturing and systems challenges for clients. Qualifications

• BS or MS in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, or systems engineering, and/or an MBA.
• Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt, Project Management, ISO 9001, or AS 9100 certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design facility and equipment layouts, capacity planning.
• Lead lean training, facilitation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management and supply chain activities.
• Specify warehouse design and material handling equipment; manage warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Conduct operational analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Understand information flow within a manufacturing environment.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Demonstrate a strong client-service focus and entrepreneurial approach.
