Job summary

Integrated Project Management Company – IPM is seeking an experienced consultant to lead improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain. You will develop strategies, perform data-driven assessments, and manage projects that deliver measurable operational gains.

The role requires a blend of on-site leadership and remote collaboration, with a track record of delivering complex client engagements in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering; industrial engineering/operations management/analytics preferred
• 5–10 years of professional experience, including 3 years on production floor
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and APICS certifications are a plus
• Ability to tailor approach to IPM methodologies and client needs
• Capable of leading as an individual consultant or in a team-based role and delivering results
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and lead improvement strategies and initiatives
• Perform assessments to identify root causes and financial opportunities
• Collect and analyze data and document client requirements
• Manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget to IPM standards
• Lead high-performance project teams and coordinate resources
• Create and present executive-level and detailed updates
• Develop high-level strategies and documentation of objectives
• Apply consultative skills to identify opportunities based on best practices
• Lead daily project activities with production, quality, maintenance, safety, supply chain, and other stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with a broad audience from operators to executives
