Jobot is seeking a Permanent Project Engineer in the Manufacturing sector to drive multi-project initiatives and optimize production processes. The role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and cost targets.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of manufacturing project engineering experience, strong Lean and Six Sigma skills, and excellent communication across teams to deliver tangible improvements and value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing project engineering experience.
• Experience with process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Leading and managing various manufacturing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting the predetermined quality standards.
• Implementing and driving process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase overall efficiency.
• Utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and defects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Providing technical support and guidance to the manufacturing team, ensuring all processes and equipment are operating at optimum levels.
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Conducting regular project reviews and updates to stakeholders, including management, team members, and other relevant parties.
• Ensuring all manufacturing activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
