• 5+ years of experience working with automated manufacturing systems.
• Experience with automated systems including robotics, motion control, and sensors.

• High standard of integrity and strong problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engineering activities to meet project requirements.
• Tune, debug, and launch custom factory automation systems.
• Resolve engineering design and system integration challenges.
• Work with mechanical systems, robots, sensors, motion control, pneumatics, hydraulics, and vision systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and coordinate solutions.
• Support system startup and project launches across North America (10–15% travel).
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
