Job summary

G&W Electric Co is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I for the 6:00am–6:00pm shift. You will perform repetitive sub-assembly and assembly tasks, study instructions, gather parts, and ensure quality before passing to the next operation.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, using templates, assembling components, and assisting with prototypes as needed. A safe, efficient work environment is required, with English communication and basic computer skills supporting tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and Bills of Materials.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Study assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements.
• Assemble components with proper fit and fastening.
• Assist in prototyping or basic assembly projects as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to procedures.
