Job summary
SPX Technologies is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in a fast‑paced environment. You will provide technical direction, plan production, and supervise hourly associates to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
Responsibilities include coordinating with planning, enforcing safety standards, and driving continuous improvement using ERP tools. A2‑level education is required with a preference for a bachelor's degree, onsite plant environment.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Experience using ERP and production planning tools
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to manufacturing team, ensuring productivity and a positive environment
- Promote safety, enforce guidelines, conduct inspections and address issues promptly
- Coordinate with planning and logistics to prioritize schedules and ensure on‑time delivery
- Monitor quality control procedures and address issues with the quality team
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lean manufacturing implementations
