All about the role:

In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to an assigned team. The Manufacturing Leader focuses on daily continuous improvements and team processes to deliver key performance indicators and drive employee engagement and development. You will lead the team to ensure all Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Delivery goals are achieved, utilizing tools like Skills matrix and coaching to develop team members.

Where you'll be:

This position is based in Springfield, TN.

What you'll do:

1. Own and develop JDS and Skills matrix, fostering a positive work environment with open communication.
2. Ensure effective performance evaluations, counseling, and accurate timecard inputs.
3. Support the Electrolux Management System, implementing continuous improvement processes and cost savings.
4. Lead line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving, and labor map adherence.
5. Support autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.

You work proactively to deliver results, balancing commercial considerations with quality, and making data-driven decisions. You build trust and communicate effectively across functions. You have a clear vision and inspire others to achieve shared goals, applying a methodical approach to meet objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Industrial technology degree or equivalent work experience.
2. Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing.
3. Ability to interpret documents & drawings, write reports, and apply process improvement methodologies.
4. Experience in root cause analysis; experience in Material Flow, Welding, Enamel Stamping, or Robotics is preferred.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.
6. Spanish language skills are a plus.
