Maintenance Supervisor - 1st Shift

Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations in a food manufacturing facility. This role involves ensuring the production equipment is running smoothly, managing maintenance staff, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation of all production equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to align with production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance practices.
• Manage maintenance budget and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Collaborate with production management to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision within a food manufacturing environment.
