Responsibilities

• Lead market-facing delivery of manufacturing transformation programs integrating operational improvement, digital technology, analytics, and AI.
• Collaborate with client executives, plant leaders, operators, engineers, quality, maintenance, supply chain, IT, OT, data, and AI teams.
• Translate client needs into solution requirements and translate reusable capabilities into engagement plans.
• Define documentation, training, and support for scalable delivery; manage backlog and roadmap.
• Assess manufacturing processes, data flows, and technology constraints across plant and network environments.
• Translate priorities into process designs, data requirements, and acceptance criteria with measurable outcomes.
• Guide design across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, LIMS, QMS, EAM/CMMS, WMS, APS, and AI services.
• Lead design, prototyping, testing, validation, deployment, and benefits tracking.
• Facilitate workshops across operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, IT, OT, and vendors.
• Drive change management and executive communications; manage scope and risks.
• Coach multidisciplinary delivery teams and ensure accountability for outcomes.
• Support technical sales through solution shaping and proposal responses.
• Identify follow-on opportunities and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Shape and deliver AI use cases such as predictive maintenance, quality intelligence, and intelligent scheduling.
