Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead market-facing delivery of manufacturing transformation programs. You will combine operational improvement, digital technology, advanced analytics, and AI to help clients achieve productivity, quality, and agility across plant and network operations.

You will work with client executives, plant leaders, operators, and IT teams to turn business priorities into scalable, knowledge-grounded solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations or related field.
4–6+ years in digital manufacturing, operations, or related environment.
Experience shaping or delivering AI, advanced analytics in manufacturing.
Experience with data models, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity shaping through design, implementation, deployment and value realization.
Translate client needs into solution requirements and reusable capabilities into engagement plans.
Prioritize solution enhancements, validate use cases, and shape demonstrations.
Define documentation, training and support for scalable delivery.
Capture lessons, configurations, and delivery feedback for the design backlog and roadmap.
Lead design, configuration oversight, testing, validation, and training.
