Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) partners with a growing manufacturing organization to hire an Accounting Supervisor. This hands-on role will lead the financial reporting function, oversee two direct reports, and drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing accounting experience, SOX controls, and ERP system proficiency, with a track record of process improvements and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Hands-on month-end close experience required
• Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred
• ERP system experience required
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Public company experience preferred
• Annual discretionary bonus opportunity of 10%
