The position leads month‑end close, oversees AR/AP, coordinates audits, and ensures compliant financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month‑end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial results.
• Oversee AP and AR functions, including managing staff and driving process improvements.
• Support internal and external audit requests as needed.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow reporting.
• Assist with additional accounting and finance responsibilities as assigned.
