Job summary

Plastic Molding Technology (PMT) is seeking an Account Manager to own the full customer experience from order intake through delivery at our Centennial, CO facility. You will build strong customer relationships and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Finance to align on timing, pricing, and quality while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role.
• Experience in engineered-to-order and/or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships across levels.
• Proactive problem-solver who can drive issues through to resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned customer accounts, building strong, long-term partnerships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers.
• Identify issues and drive solutions with immediate fixes and long-term strategies.
• Improve processes to enhance customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Finance for alignment.
• Manage the full order lifecycle from intake through delivery, ensuring accuracy.
• Resolve logistics, pricing, quality, and invoicing issues timely and effectively.
• Provide clear, proactive communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and advocate for customer needs internally.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and overall plant performance.
