Rewards Network is seeking an outside Account Executive to expand our footprint in the Manhattan, NY territory. You will drive growth, build your career with a lifetime of rewards, and own end-to-end deal cycles from prospecting to close.

Expect a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 with uncapped monthly commissions and accelerated earnings in year one. This remote-capable, field-sales role offers solid benefits, a structured Sales Academy, and clear advancement paths in Sales and Management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven outside sales success; experience selling financial and marketing services preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team environment.
• Hunter mentality with persistence to drive new business in a remote outside sales setting.
• Strong financial acumen for discussing fees and finances.

Responsibilities

• Source new clients through cold calling and social prospecting to meet quotas.
• Develop and manage a pipeline, arrange in-person meetings with decision makers.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain engagement with leads.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales objectives and collaborate with account managers.
• Manage all sales activity in Salesforce and follow up with prospects.
