Job summary

Rewards Network is seeking an energetic Outside Account Executive to drive growth across the Brooklyn, NY territory. You will prospect, qualify, and close new business, building a robust pipeline and presenting our financial and marketing services to restaurant clients.

In this field role, you will own your territory with in-person meetings and CRM-driven activity. A proven hunter mentality, excellent communication, and a drive to exceed quotas are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of outside sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in acquiring new business and meeting sales quotas.
• Experience cold-calling and generating new leads in a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Source new clients through cold calling and social prospecting to meet quotas.
• Develop and manage a pipeline across assigned geography; set up in-person meetings with decision makers.
• Maintain engagement with leads; build relationships to discuss products/services and move deals forward.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives (calls, appointments, presentations, closes).
• Coordinate with account managers and revenue operations to meet company goals.
• Manage sales activity and follow up in CRM (Salesforce).
