You will ideate, film, edit, and publish four videos weekly on Rednote and Douyin, working with the Managing Partner and expanding to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and WeChat Channels as the program grows. You must have strong video editing skills, Mandarin proficiency, and a portfolio of short‑form videos you edited.

Qualifikationen

• Proven short-form video editing skills.
• Portfolio of personally edited short-form videos (Rednote, Douyin, TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts).
• Comfortable with filming, lighting, and audio setup.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
