Content Launch is a full service content creation agency that specializes in helping service based businesses grow their brands and generate leads through engaging Short-Form Content. We utilize platforms like Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, Youtube Shorts, and TikTok

Role Description

We're looking for a creative, reliable Video Editor who lives and breathes social media and knows how to take raw content and turn it into engaging Short-Form Videos. You’ll be editing 30 to 90 second clips that actually get attention, punchy cuts, captions, zooms, transitions, meme pop-ups, and sound effects that feel native to the platform.

What You Will Be Doing

• Take scripted out raw content and turn it into engaging Short-Form Videos
• Add captions, effects, transitions, and animations
• Deliver at least one clip per day (ahead-of-time batching encouraged)
• Stay current on trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Optional: Help post clips to socials (with additional pay)

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of TikTok/Instagram/YouTube short-form content
• Excellent time management and ability to meet daily deadlines
• Sharp creative instincts and a strong sense of what performs online
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
