Job summary

Player 15 Group is seeking an experienced Social Media Assistant (International-Focus) to support global growth. You will manage content across Chinese and Western platforms, shoot and edit short-form video, and analyze engagement data. You will coordinate with agencies and teams to align campaigns across regions.

The role requires Mandarin and English, with Spanish a plus, and a willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as campaigns demand. On-site in Phoenix preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of social media management experience; holiday/seasonal campaigns a plus.
• Proficiency with editing software; photography/videography experience required; Sony camera experience preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English required; conversational Spanish a strong plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong time-management and ability to manage multiple projects; independent research.
• Goal- and KPI-driven; use data to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain content across platforms including Weibo, Weibo, Xiaohongshu (Red) and Instagram.
• Shoot and edit day-to-day content, including short-form video.
• Conduct basic data analysis on social media performance and trends.
• Research industry trends and broader landscape.
• Prepare briefs and presentation decks summarizing findings and content plans.
• Coordinate with external agency partners for content planning and campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues across departments.
