Qualifications

• Bilingual in Mandarin required
• 2 years sales and customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and cross-sell
• Familiar with using digital banking tools

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations for customers’ financial needs
• Assist with savings, borrowing and investing solutions
• Promote digital and mobile banking channels
• Schedule financial checkups and outbound calls to acquire new customers
• Adhere to all bank policies, including cash handling and regulatory requirements
