Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products and services in-person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking, apps, and ATM transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to address complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
