• Experience in medical/stakeholder communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Schedule appointments accurately in the CRM system.
• Educate patients on services and benefits.
• Meet and exceed scheduling KPIs and patient retention targets.
