Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume environment.
• Present a positive, professional approach to patients.
• Meet and exceed scheduling KPIs related to scheduling and retention.
• Educate patients on services, benefits, and appointment details.
• Follow up with patients to ensure continued care and attendance.
• Enter patient information accurately and schedule appointments.
• Collaborate with the team to drive patient engagement and retention.
• Adhere to scripts and compliance protocols.
• Additional duties as required.
