Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Communicate in English and Mandarin with overseas teams, vendors, and internal departments.
• Assist with document preparation, data entry, reporting, scheduling and general office coordination.
• Support communication flow between departments to ensure timely follow-up and accurate information sharing.
• Maintain organized records, files and administrative processes to support daily operations.
• Learn company procedures and contribute to process improvement as responsibilities expand.
