This onsite role involves four core onsite days (Mon–Thu), inbound/outbound calls, webinars, and presenting to groups.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years financial services experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of successful sales experience (preferred).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to audience interests and use technical and interpersonal skills to grow sales.
• Interpersonal flexibility.
• Up to 10% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support for an external wholesaler (Field Leader).
• Promote Life and Annuity products through webinars and inbound/outbound calls.
• Manage inbound calls.
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales skills, identifying sales opportunities, and cross-selling with agents.
• Manage and execute effective outbound call campaigns.
• Present effectively in small and large group settings.
• Capture activity and agent profile information into Salesforce.com.
• Perform other duties as required.
