Job summary

National Life Group is expanding its Sales Desk Team to support growth. The role supports agents and Field Leaders who sell life and annuity products. The position is onsite with four core days in the office (Mon–Thu) and may change with notice.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years financial services experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of successful sales experience (preferred).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to audience interests and build relationships to grow sales.
• Interpersonal flexibility.
• Up to 10% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support for an external wholesaler (Field Leader).
• Promote Life and Annuity products through webinars and inbound/outbound calls.
• Manage inbound calls.
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales skills, identify sales opportunities, and cross-sell with agents.
• Manage and execute effective outbound call campaigns.
• Present effectively in both small and large group settings.
• Capture all activity and agent profile information into Salesforce.com.
• Perform other duties as required.
