Job summary

National Life Group in Addison, TX is seeking energetic sales professionals to join the Sales Desk Team for a September start. Base salary plus quarterly bonus opportunities; bilingual pay differential may apply. Office attendance four days a week with core days Mon–Thu.

The role focuses on supporting external wholesalers, promoting life and annuity products, and building relationships with agents to drive sales. Growth paths include leadership roles within the organization.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years financial services experience preferred.
• 3+ years successful sales experience preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to audience interests and use tech and people skills to build relationships.
• Interpersonal flexibility.
• Up to 10% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support for an external wholesaler (Field Leader).
• Promote Life and Annuity products through webinars and inbound/outbound calls.
• Manage inbound calls.
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales skills, identifying sales opportunities, and cross-selling with agents.
• Manage and execute effective outbound call campaigns.
• Present in small and large group settings.
• Capture activity and agent data into Salesforce.com.
