Do you speak Mandarin? Are you looking for a WORK-FROM-HOME CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB? We need you! Randstad is hiring an English and Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Rep to work for our client handling inbound calls from patients with questions about dental insurance and dental benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Work From Home! We are seeking Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
  • As part of our highly specialized Customer Service Team, you will be the single point of contact for our members and providers.
  • The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide caring and knowledgeable assistance to both members and providers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner regarding benefits and eligibility.
  • Provide accurate information to resolve internal and external member and provider inquiries.
  • Thoroughly and completely document all customer interactions.
  • Educate customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Mandarin (2 years of experience required).
  • Chinese (2 years of experience required).
  • Call Center Support (2 years of experience required).
  • Customer Service (1 year of experience required).
  • Experience level: Experienced, 2 years minimum.
