Job summary

Toast, a company advancing technology for restaurants and local businesses, is seeking a Menu Onboarding Consultant for its Emerging Markets team. You will work with Mandarin-speaking clients to configure menus, drive go-live success, and serve as the primary contact from purchase through onboarding.

You will collaborate with Onboarding Managers to meet monthly activation goals while thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual/Fluent in Mandarin and English required.
• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations.
• Ability to operate independently with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant owners during Go-Live; build onboarding plans within timeline and budget.
• Create onboarding best practices to manage daily restaurant operations and costs.
• Consult with clients to determine configuration needs before go-live and relay them to project resources.
• Perform remote onboarding configurations and document go-live processes.
• Lead onboarding training for restaurant staff on tailored Toast configurations and workflows.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements, including large books (80+ restaurants) in your region.
