Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Chinese bilingual Software Field Service Engineer in Dallas, TX. The role is home-based when not in the field, with on-site customer visits and remote support as needed. You will install, configure, and train users on proprietary software solutions.

The ideal candidate communicates in Mandarin and English, supports Windows environments, and has networking know-how. Expect travel up to 50% and a valid driver's license for customer sites; hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

Bilingual Mandarin and English communication skills.
Experience in software support and IT troubleshooting.
Hands-on with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and basic networking.
Customer-facing technical support and field service experience.
Willingness to travel up to 50% and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for proprietary software via phone, email, and remote tools.
Install, configure, and maintain software at customer sites.
Resolve issues in Windows environments, networks, and software performance.
Assist with network setup and system integration with customer IT.
Train users and guide on system functionality and best practices.
Coordinate software deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
Maintain records of issues and resolutions, and manage multiple requests.
