Job summary
Balluff Inc. is seeking a Service Engineer to provide after-sales technical support for Balluff products across the Detroit metro area. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in PLC-controlled industrial automation systems, delivering on-site and remote assistance as needed.

Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required.
- Associate degree in Engineering or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment in manufacturing.
- Experience programming Siemens and/or Rockwell PLCs in industrial environments.
- Experience with industrial networks (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales technical support via phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled automation systems and industrial networks.
- Diagnose and document issues in SAP C4C system.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and development teams on resolutions.
- Travel to customer sites for installations and service activities.
