Role Overview
Sodexo Healthcare is currently searching for a Managing Sales VP - Hospitals. Responsible for leading sales and business development activities within the Healthcare Segment, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer for Healthcare/Seniors. Advises on the development of the segment's Go-to-Market strategy, develops sales approaches, resources, and leads strategic bids to achieve performance goals.
This is a remote role, ideally based in the Southwest U.S. region near a major airport. Travel is expected to be 30-65%.
What You'll Do
1. Create a positive, collaborative sales team culture.
2. Lead and mentor sales executives to achieve growth and performance goals.
3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans for business expansion and renewal.
4. Engage in enterprise consultative selling with complex deal teams.
5. Foster cross-functional relationships within operations, marketing, HR, and finance.
6. Collaborate with hospital C-suite executives on contract development.
7. Analyze market data, industry trends, and healthcare regulations.
8. Utilize digital tools for sales visibility and continuous improvement.
9. Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
10. Support contract negotiations with tailored terms.
11. Resolve issues proactively to ensure smooth transactions.
