Job description

We are an established SaaS company focused on providing innovative technology solutions for the real estate and property management industry. We are looking for a talented Vice President of Sales to lead our expansion efforts and drive revenue growth within the multifamily housing market.

The role is remote with travel, but a strong preference will be given to candidates located on EST in New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, Miami.

We are not considering any West Coast or Mountain Time candidates at this time.

Job Duties:

  • Identify and engage high-potential clients, particularly within the multifamily housing market.
  • Strategically partner with REITs to maximize the utilization of our software solutions.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and develop persuasive proposals.
  • Negotiate and successfully close enterprise-level agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with product, implementation, and support teams to ensure client success.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting within the CRM.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.

Ideal Background:

  • 3-5 years of proven success in enterprise software (SaaS) sales.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring software sales professionals.
  • Demonstrated track record of selling to or working within the multifamily property management industry.
  • Familiarity and experience working with REITs.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities with a consultative sales style.
  • Highly self-driven and capable of thriving independently in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the East Coast region.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
