ODAIA is seeking a Managing Principal, AI-Driven Commercial Effectiveness to bridge strategy and AI execution in life sciences. You will lead a specialist GTM pod and advise C-suite executives, moving conversations from features to revenue impact.

As a remote-first organization with offices in Toronto and US-ready teams, you will shape the GTM evolution, define priorities, and align investments to outcomes while driving time-to-value for clients across pharma.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Life Sciences/commercial pharma consulting experience.
• Experience in a Principal or Partner-level role at a top-tier firm.
• Track record of landing and growing accounts with outcomes ownership.
• Proven ability to influence multi-million dollar investments through data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional specialist GTM pod to match seniority of top-tier firms.
• Define segment strategy and drive revenue impact.
• Own strategic wins and ensure services-enabled tech accelerates time-to-value.
• Shape future GTM strategy and organize resources into pod structures.
• Translate client pain points into business cases with measurable outcomes.
