As the senior venture investing authority, you will lead fundraising, portfolio management, and external partnerships, ensuring alignment with Bain’s priorities and ecosystem growth.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in early-stage investing and portfolio construction.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close venture investments.
• Experience fundraising for new and follow-on funds with investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead fund strategy, portfolio construction, and governance of FBV within Bain.
• Design investment frameworks, capital deployment, and IC decision processes.
• Build and lead the venture investment team and cross-functional partnerships.
• Activate alumni and strategic networks to support portfolio companies.
