• Proven ability to source, negotiate and close venture investments across seed/Series A.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional influence at senior executive level.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve FBV’s fund architecture and investment strategy.
• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and governance for portfolio opportunities.
• Oversee fundraising discussions and engagement with alumni and LPs.
• Develop and mentor the investment team and cross-functional Bain partners.
