Qualifications

• Deep expertise in early-stage investing, financial structuring, and portfolio construction at seed/Series A stages.
• Track record of finding, negotiating and closing venture investments, including deal sourcing, negotiations, legal/compliance reviews, and team supervision.
• Experience with fundraising for new or follow-on funds, especially with HNW/UHNW segments.
• Credibility to operate at senior executive level with Bain leadership and venture partners.
• Proactive, confident and able to build trust with entrepreneurs and investors.
• Proven people leadership and cross-functional influence.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve FBV fund strategy and portfolio construction across Funds 1–3 and future vehicles.
• Lead investment authority, capital deployment, and governance in partnership with IC and Bain teams.
• Cultivate institutional VC, corporate, and LP relationships to enhance deal flow and co-investment opportunities.
• Build and coach the investment team, establish scalable processes, and align with Bain practices and alumni engagement.
• Represent Bain externally as a senior venture leader in conferences and investor forums.
