• Experience in early-stage investing, financial structuring, and portfolio construction (seed/Series A).
• Track record of finding, negotiating and closing venture investments with due diligence and governance.

• Define and govern FBV fund strategy and portfolio construction across multiple funds.
• Lead investment authority and capital deployment, incl. term sheets and governance rights.
• Lead and develop the venture investment team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Architect alumni engagement and strategic network activation across Bain’s ecosystem.
