Job summary

Prismhr Hire in Niagara Falls, NY seeks a detail-oriented optical operations lead to ensure accurate eyewear solutions and an exceptional patient experience. You will blend hands-on optical knowledge with team leadership to guide the department from selection through delivery.

You will oversee daily workflows, coach staff, verify prescriptions, manage inventory, and uphold quality standards while collaborating with providers to support patient care and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical services, retail eyewear, or related customer service environment.
• Prior leadership, supervision, or team coordination experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of eyeglass products, lens types, frame selection, and optical measurements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities
