Job summary

Clarity Vision in Clayton, NC is seeking an Optician/Optical Sales Associate to help customers choose frames and lenses and to provide friendly, professional eye-care services.

You'll measure PD and segment height, educate customers on lens options and coatings, process orders, and perform minor frame adjustments to ensure satisfaction. Experience with optical software is a plus; teamwork and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed or certified Optician (preferred but not always required).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with optical software systems (a plus).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
