Job summary

The Atlantic District in Harmonsburg, Pennsylvania is seeking a Managing Expansion Agent to grow a local client base, conduct in-person consultations, and expand coverage in the Harmonsburg region.

You will build relationships with families and businesses, ensure policyholders are protected, and work with the team to share best practices in a people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• PA Life and Health Insurance Producer license is required.
• 3+ years of direct insurance sales or account management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency software.
• Valid PA driver’s license; local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a local client base by identifying families and businesses in need of coverage.
• Conduct in-person consultations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Execute outreach strategies to expand our presence across the Harmonsburg region.
• Provide ongoing support to current policyholders, ensuring their protection plans remain aligned with their life changes.
• Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and maintain accurate client records.
