This role blends leadership with an active personal practice, operating in a player/coach capacity to drive growth and client satisfaction.

You will mentor advisors, develop high-performing teams, and execute strategic initiatives aligned with WealthBridge's standards and values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practice.
• Active Life and Health insurance license required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; proven client acquisition and retention.
