The role emphasizes recruiting, mentoring, and developing a high-performance culture, while continuing personal client work and shaping the firm’s strategic growth. This is a senior leadership opportunity within WealthBridge’s long-standing firm.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Proven success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term growth vision.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
