Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead a growing advisory team while continuing personal client work. You will recruit, mentor, and develop advisors, fostering a high-performance culture and guiding the firm’s future growth.

You will leverage the firm’s 175+ year history and strong brand to scale practices and leadership. The role emphasizes leadership development, strategic growth, and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on long-term value creation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
