You will recruit, coach, and guide a high-performance group, leveraging the firm’s heritage to shape long‑term growth with a leadership style aligned to your vision. This role rewards entrepreneurial drive and client growth.

Formación

• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a growing personal practice.
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with interest in mentoring and building teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
