WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a Managing Director to lead and grow a senior advisory team while continuing personal client work. Your focus will be on recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing advisors within a culture that emphasizes growth and partnership.

The role leverages the firm’s strong history and resources, enabling you to expand your practice with autonomy and strategic leadership across client development and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
