WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director with a proven track record as a financial advisor to lead and grow a high-performing team. You will continue your own client work while recruiting, mentoring, and developing other advisors to elevate practice performance and client service.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic growth, and cultivating a culture that aligns with the firm's long‑term vision.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
